Tennis Elbow  (Lateral Epicondylitis)
  • Locate pain point, usually a few inches above the elbow.
    • Put the Pain-Away solution and bandage at the pain point.
    • Put another bandage with solution covering the Elbow.
    • To keep the bandage in place for 100 percent absorption. Use a tourniquet, wrap the bandage and solution around the elbow.
    • Repeat every 6-8 hours for a few days until the pain completely goes away.
