  • Similarly to Tennis Elbow
    • Locate pain points.
    • Apply the Pain-Away solution and bandage at the pain point.
    • To keep the bandage in place for 100 percent absorption. Use a tourniquet, wrap the bandage and solution around the knee.
    • Repeat every 6-8 hours for a few days until the pain completely goes away.
